Can I take Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is a first-class payment method for storefront and manual orders.
Do you support bKash?
Yes, as a manual payment. Customers pay to your bKash number. Staff mark the order paid.
Is Nagad supported?
Not yet. We do not claim Nagad until it ships.
Can invoices print in Bangla?
Yes. Invoice labels can be English, Bangla, or both.
Do you sync Messenger orders automatically?
No. You can tag orders with Messenger or WhatsApp as the source when staff enter them.
Is there a full finance ledger?
Not yet. Invoices and order money tracking ship today. Ledger reports are planned.
