Terms of service

By using ecomprops (the marketing site, dashboard, API, or free storefront), you agree to these terms. If you use ecomprops for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

If the Bangla translation differs from the English text, the English text controls.

You must provide accurate signup details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and for staff you invite.

We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

You may not use ecomprops for illegal goods or services, fraud, malware, spam, or anything that breaks Bangladesh law or the rights of others.

You may not probe, scrape, or attack the platform beyond normal product use, or try to access another merchant's data.

You are responsible for your products, prices, stock accuracy, customer service, delivery promises, taxes, and how you handle your shoppers' personal data.

Orders and customer records in your shop belong to your business operations. ecomprops provides tools; it does not become the seller of your goods.

Each eligible shop may get a free storefront on the platform domain under the product's current limits. You must not use the store to host content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.

We may reserve or reclaim slugs, rate-limit traffic, or unpublish a store that breaches these terms or harms the platform.

ecomprops is offered free during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Marketing pages describe what ships today; items marked planned are not promises.

Demo stores show seeded example data, not your results.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure can affect access.

You own your merchant business data (products, orders, customers, and related records). ecomprops processes that data to provide the service.

We own the platform software, brand, and aggregated non-identifying metrics about how the product is used.

You may stop using ecomprops at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, or product wind-down, with notice when practical.

After termination, we may delete or anonymise data under our privacy policy, subject to legal retention needs.

To the fullest extent allowed by Bangladesh law, ecomprops and its builders are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

During the free beta, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to zero BDT, except where the law forbids that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
